Compliance

POMS has a fully implemented compliance plan developed under the OIG guidelines for third party billing companies. Our Compliance Officer, along with the Quality Assurance manager, conducts on-going internal audits to monitor the accuracy of all billings. The results of these audits are the basis for provider and employee education. Healthcare compliance is taken very seriously at POMS.
